Pippa meets Birdie

We adopted Pippa from Alberta Homeward Hound year and a bit ago. She was a stray and was very scared of people but her foster family showed her love and kindness and started laying the groundwork for her to become the brave girl she is now. The same foster family is currently fostering Birdie who’s personality is very similar to Pippa! We knew they would get along famously so we arranged a play date and it was perfection!

Watching these 2 sweet silly girls having a sassy frolic made our hearts burst. They were both young mums who kept their babies safe and they had a rough start but now they are living their best lives!

Pippa was also so happy to see Sara again! She is a wonderful foster mom with a gentle spirit that is perfect for the scared pups she looks after. They are in the best hands! We are eternally grateful for everything she did for Pippa!

Birdie is currently available for adoption at Alberta Homeward Hound! She will make an amazing addition to any family!!
